I don't know why New Years Resolutions have gotten such a bad rap over recent years. Some people almost scoff at the idea. But I find it funny that even if you're not a fan of "resolutions", there is a good chance that you are thinking about what you want 2020 to be like. January seems to come with an innate desire for a fresh start.
